Booking and Rental Terms

By booking a tour or renting a bike with Off The Beaten Path, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.

• Tours and rentals may be subject to weather conditions.

2. Payment & Cancellation

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made [X days] in advance receive a full refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full fee.

3. Liability & Safety

• Customers must follow safety instructions and wear provided safety equipment.

• We are not responsible for accidents caused by failure to follow guidance.

• Riders must be physically capable of completing the chosen tour or rental.

4. Equipment Use

• Bikes and equipment must be returned in the same condition.

• Damage or loss may incur additional charges.

5. Personal Data

By booking, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
